Lincoln C. Beauregard is a founding partner of Connelly Law Offices and a plaintiff trial lawyer with more than two decades of litigation experience. He represents individuals and families in serious personal injury, civil rights, insurance bad faith, and government negligence matters, including cases involving wrongful death, medical negligence, and sexual abuse.
His practice includes trial and appellate advocacy, with dozens of jury trials and work on significant Washington decisions concerning foster-child protection, expert testimony, and medical negligence. In 2018, the Washington State Association for Justice named him Trial Lawyer of the Year.
Lincoln earned his J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law and his B.S. from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Before his legal career, he served in the United States Air Force. He is licensed in Washington and Arizona.
His practice focuses on civil claims on behalf of injured people and those whose rights have been violated. He does not offer criminal defense representation.
