Unfortunately, I required his services recently because I was facing many serious charges. I had hired another attorney who wanted me to plead guilty to a higher felony and do prison time. Last year I found myself in jail charged with 2nd degree assault. I was facing prison time and a strike. I'm a single father with a 10 year old daughter. The King County Prosecutor's Office was trying to take me away from my daughter and take away everything I've worked for in life. I've dealt w...ith a lot of adversity and struggles in life, but nothing compares to this injustice that my family and I were subjected to. I was wrongfully and falsely accused and I wasn't going to let them do this to me, and that's why I hired Mike. I knew that Mike would fight for me. You can already guess what the jury decided to do. If anybody got up to use the bathroom they wouldn't have made it back in time to hear the jury's verdict on the compensation.
