After speaking with numerous attorneys and feeling defeated I decided to try one more. It was late on a Sunday afternoon when I left a message not expecting to hear from anyone. Mike Stewart is by far the best legal representation in the state of Washington. The prosecutor in my case wanted 17 months in prison and $50,000 restitution. Final result with Mike = no time whatsoever and no restitiutuion. And he was going up against Sound Transit. Other lawyers my mom called made... her cry and did not listen to any of the facts.
