I've never been a fan of lawyers. In fact, I've tried to avoid using a lawyer since my divorce in 2016. When I did hire one in the past, it was a horrible experience. In the past couple years my ex had filed multiple petitions, one of which was to change the parenting plan that we've had for years..., and take my kids from me.
