Biography
I am a Seattle-area based attorney currently working in a family office setting. My legal practice emphasizes wealth preservation and transfer. I provide an integrated approach to estate, business, personal and financial planning utilizing sophisticated tax, business, asset protection and estate planning techniques designed to preserve wealth now and for future generations.
My professional goal is to maintain the highest degree of skill, knowledge and experience in several related areas in order to custom tailor plans and strategies that addresses individual situations and achieve client goals.
In addition to my legal practice, I also enjoy putting my business and accounting background and interests to work. I find great professional pleasure in consulting with business owners, managers and boards on both legal and non-legal aspects of their business operations. I have served on various boards and board committees of both profit and non-profit entities and welcome the opportunity to discuss service opportunities on a board of directors.

Would strongly not recommend using Mr. Lineberry based on my experience. He wasn't responsive to my calls and emails and didn't keep me informed; I seriously questioned the advice he gave me.. I finally gave up on him because he stopped communicating completely. I ultimately had my legal situation...

Great Gun Trust Lawyer
