Mr. Dart is an excellent bankruptcy lawyer. Mr. Dart is very knowledgeable and a complete professional and it was a privilege to have him as my lawyer. I would recommend the law firm of Shoemaker Dart to anyone wishing to seek relief from financial distress.

James helped us through bankruptcy. Obviously that was not a great time for us, just about everything that could go wrong did with the development and construction of our home.
He helped us through our financial nightmare. The wife of
a co-worker, a local Olympia attorney, had highly recommended him and to this day I'm so glad I checked with her. He gracefully guided us through what could have been a very uncomfortable and daunting process. From the very beginning we knew we were in good
hands. He listened attentively and clearly explained every step of
the process, but most importantly, each time we communicated I knew
He would follow through. I could go on and on, ...I was truly amazed. Hecexemplifies the best of your profession ...and I don't pass out

I was forced to file Chapter 7 Bankruptcy that was complicated with many entities involved. My Bankruptcy attorney at the time had done a poor job in making sure everything was closed off. After discharge, I continued to work on one of the entities to try and turn things around which I did. Once the entity that was written off by everyone, including the bankruptcy trustee, they realized that there was now money, they came clamoring for it without even considering the money or time it took to create something out of nothing , and since my original attorney had not don't his job, my post bankruptcy work was now going to the trustee. All I wanted was to be reimbursed for my expenses in recreating value in the entity. Nobody would listen or even take my case, except for Jim Dart.
Jim never wavered, knew I was being wronged and worked tirelessly to find a resolution, which he did. I cant thank Jim enough for doing something that every other attorney I talked to wouldn't touch. I couldn't think of working with any other attorney .Thank you Jim!
