I have been representing individuals for over 20 years in what I believe to be the most important and emotionally charged legal matters that an individual can find themselves in: Family Law & Criminal Law. I believe that you have a right to experienced and knowledgeable representation in these important matters involving your life. I understand that whether the matter involves the most important people in your life or your freedom is at stake, you are the one that has to live with any consequences, and it is your future and your family that needs to be fought for and protected.

I always let my clients know that I am going to be honest with them about the situation that they are in. In addition, I let my clients know that I will be committed to being respectful and compassionate in my conversations with them, and to carry that commitment into conversations, negotiation, and trial. I believe that, because of that attitude of integrity and straightforward approach, I am more often than not able to achieve wonderful results for my clients.

However, not all cases end up being resolved through negotiation, and trial is the natural result. I am not kidding when I tell clients that I have done hundreds of trials. I believe that my strength in trial is being able to identify where the facts don’t line up, identifying what are the most important elements of the story, and identifying successfully the issues for the trier of fact. That is why, more often than not, we are able to make wrongs right, in your life’s matters.
