Peggy Fraychineaud Gross

My only regret was that I did not meet Mrs Gross when I first started my divorce. After my divorce I was having trouble with the ex who would not abide by the parenting plan and always taking me to court for more and more money. I was referred by a friend to Mrs Gross who represented me in court and ...when my ex took me to court for more money she ended up with less and what I by law should be paying. I have not had to go back to court since that time and it is going on 4 yrs.

Not that I have dealt with a lot of attorneys over the years, but this was one experience I will NEVER forget. She was never prepared for my hearings, always came in late, had a disheveled appearance, and just did not appear put together or show any clout in the court room. It saddens me to say I s...pent thousands of dollars for her to have no presence and act like a bafoon in court. Dropping papers repeatedly, throwing out objections that were no pertininent; to the point the judge had to tell her to calm down. I will not and do not recommend this attorney.

WOW! First of all, I had no idea how smart Peggy was when I hired her. She came very highly recommended and now I see why. Peggy was a pleasure to work with and really knew her stuff. We went to court and rocked the hosue. So much so that my ex-wife appealed the ruling and lost again. I feel so ...confident in Peggy's handling of my case, I recommend her to everyone. She is a little expensive, but well worth it. If you want to walk into a court room with someone who knows the law, get Peggy. She is well-liked and well-respected by other attorney's as well.

I am so thankful I was referred to Peggy!! If it wasn't for her and the staff at her office I would be a weekend father right now. Words can not describe how much respect I have for Peggy!! She is well respected within the court system and lawyers alike. I have two friends that retained her and b...oth have custody of their children which says something in this state for us men. Peggy and her staff cares abou their clients. You never know how many roles the attorney plays in your life until you have to go through it. She was upfront and honest with me at all times. She helped me through some very difficult times and did not let the other party bully me. I was so impressed with her courtroom demeaner and professionalism. It was very impressive being in the courtroom with her and seeing her work . It wasn't just about being a great lawyer which she is, she is also a great and caring person!! her whole staff is! They always had a way of calming the stiuation and helping out above and beyond anything I ever expected (CHERYL IS THE BEST). I am writing this because I hope that others in my situation who feel they would be a weekend parent have a chance. That if you are a good person and have a case Peggy is the one that will get you through the most difficult time of your life on top. I would 110% positively recommend Peggy to anyone that is going through a divorce. On top of all of that she has a beautiful office she is very proud of and has every reason to be!! I would never, ever recommend this attorney to anybody. She took my retainage and then about two weeks later notified me and the Courts that she was taking a leave of absence (plus she was the attorney of record) within a month of me retaining her for two weeks and then two weeks a month later. Sur...e would have been nice to know before hiring her. She was virtually non-responsive when it came to e-mails and phone calls, sometimes responding a month later if lucky. And when I fired her I received about 250 pages in the file, most of which I provided her, a bill that went well over the retained amount without my authorization, and nothing filed with the Court (other than attorney of record and leave of absence). Sure glad I was referred to Peggy...NOT
