Peggy Fraychineaud Gross

Was referred to Peggy by a co-worker regarding a Child Support / Custody case. I am very glad I took their advice. She was very professional and knowledgeable in this area and handled the sometimes difficult aspects of the case very well. Without Peggy I don't think we would have gotten the outcom...e that we did.

When I was looking a divorce, I asked a good friend of mine who was a divorce attorney who she would recommend. The first name on her list was Peggy. I hired her and never regretted my decision. Peggy took the time to explain the process to me, was understanding but realistic in exploring my optio...ns. She knew her stuff, especially about retirement plans and tax issues. I was very happy with my settlement, and I owe a lot of that to her.

Not that I have dealt with a lot of attorneys over the years, but this was one experience I will NEVER forget. She was never prepared for my hearings, always came in late, had a disheveled appearance, and just did not appear put together or show any clout in the court room. It saddens me to say I s...pent thousands of dollars for her to have no presence and act like a bafoon in court. Dropping papers repeatedly, throwing out objections that were no pertininent; to the point the judge had to tell her to calm down. I will not and do not recommend this attorney.

I am so thankful I was referred to Peggy!! If it wasn't for her and the staff at her office I would be a weekend father right now. Words can not describe how much respect I have for Peggy!! She is well respected within the court system and lawyers alike. I have two friends that retained her and b...oth have custody of their children which says something in this state for us men. Peggy and her staff cares abou their clients. You never know how many roles the attorney plays in your life until you have to go through it. She was upfront and honest with me at all times. She helped me through some very difficult times and did not let the other party bully me. I was so impressed with her courtroom demeaner and professionalism. It was very impressive being in the courtroom with her and seeing her work . It wasn't just about being a great lawyer which she is, she is also a great and caring person!! her whole staff is! They always had a way of calming the stiuation and helping out above and beyond anything I ever expected (CHERYL IS THE BEST). I am writing this because I hope that others in my situation who feel they would be a weekend parent have a chance. That if you are a good person and have a case Peggy is the one that will get you through the most difficult time of your life on top. I would 110% positively recommend Peggy to anyone that is going through a divorce. On top of all of that she has a beautiful office she is very proud of and has every reason to be!!
