A year ago now (May) I was extremely caught off guard by 2 domestic violence allegations by my wife and 1 sexual assault against my first wife. The end of 2019 I was falsely accused of absurd charges that resulted in a GOMOR. I wasn’t sure what to think of the outrageous charges filed against me and didn’t know how to go about fighting it. I put together a rebuttal and was told by TDS I should remove most my remarks and anything that I wrote to defend myself. I was up against eight specifications of a bogus Art. 120 charge and an Art. 134 charge as a Captain (O3).
