Not guilty, full acquittal!! All thanks to Mr. Mangan

I am a current active duty E-4 in the Navy and my command attempted to throw the book at me for something I did not do. This was all based on hearsay. No facts. No evidence. It boiled down to he said/ she said. Long story short, I was accused of harassment, bullying, indecent language, and hostile wo...rk environment to which I was being sent to Battalion level NJP. As soon as I was told this information, I went to Google, found Sean Mangan, and gave him a call. During his free consultation, I could tell he was someone who would get things done. The rest is history. I told him I was innocent and did not do any of these things. His advice was to request a Court Martial in order to fight these claims instead of taking the punishment. This process took an entire year because of all the government delays, set backs, and shady tactics. Sean never wavered. He always reassured me that we were on the right track and he was in my corner. He doesn’t make promises he can’t keep BUT he will fight until the end and will lay everything out, the good, the bad, the ugly. I knew what my options were and what the different outcomes would be. On the day of my Court Martial, as nervous as I was, standing next to Sean eased my worries. He was so professional, well prepared, ready to object to any falsities the government had up their sleeves, spoke so concisely and matter of factly in a way that was extremely comforting to me, as the accused. He’s also funny. I think his slight humorous jokes played into this as well. During the four long days, Sean was on top of it. He listened carefully, tore apart the witnesses' stories, created plenty of reasonable doubt, and overall uncovered the truth to the panel that these accusations had no merit. This was the best decision I could have made and was absolutely worth every dime to hire Sean. If you’re on the fence, don’t be. Sean took care of me and my family by getting a full acquittal of all charges and specifications.

Genuinely helpful

I am an Embedded military mental health provider, in Rota, Spain - in a very arduous and overwhelming role with minimal support and increasing expectations. I called Mangan law about some issues I was experiencing at my current billet, in case the matter escalated. (I won’t go into detail in a public... forum.) Out of the law firms I’d contacted - they contacted me first to set up a free consultation, and were the MOST genuinely concerned and supportive. Even though my case doesn’t require further action at the time being, I will call them should things change. 10 out of 10 recommend. You can tell from the conversation that they are keenly aware of the intricacies of military medicine (DHA, BUMED) which are incredibly nuanced, and have zero intent to empty folks’ wallets unnecessarily as some attorneys do. He gave me legal helpful advice in the consultation that he did not charge me for.

Amazing Lawyer

He is an amazing lawyer. I was being subject to an article 15 and separation board for a failed UA. I called around to several different lawyers and he was the only lawyer that would even talk to me without charging me anything which helped me realize that he really cared. Once I got to know him with... the initial call he was very realistic on the outcome and explained the whole process and the best course of action. Which was a breath of fresh air after talking to several other lawyers. I decided to take him on as my lawyer and fro. Day 1 I knew he was doing everything he could for me and my case. He didn't just care about the case but he cared about me and how the case was effecting me. When it came time for my separation board I was thinking it would be best case if I just got an honorable discharge but the final result was even better they decided that their wasn't enough evidence to prove I did it and that they wanted to retain me in the military. I was overjoyed because that's the result I really wanted all along. Without his help I most likely would have been separated out of the military after 11 years with other than honorable discharge which would have lost a lot of my benefits. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a lawyer that's not just going through the motions. He is amazing!

Unjust suspension

I contacted Mr. Mangan after speaking to several attorney's. I actually paid for a consultation before getting in touch with him. He gladly spoke with me, free of charge and agreed to take my case and clear my name. I was suspended as a First Sergeant, accused of falsifying data. Mr. Mangan worke...d to get me cleared and my key development time counted for the 3 month suspension. He is an outstanding lawyer and individual, highly recommend for any of your legal needs.
