Sean Francis Mangan

I am currently a Captain in the Regular Army, and I owe my military career to Sean Mangan. My story began five years ago, when I became the subject of a formal investigation. As a Company Commander, I faced several instances where Brigade Judge Advocates attempted to push me into initiating a GOMOR or administrative separation on enlisted soldiers based on minimal proof. The formal investigation process is deeply flawed and needs reform. Sean Mangan is someone who listens and provides hope.
