Biography
Nicole started The Li Law Firm to assist health care providers interact with regulators and insurance companies. Along with providing compliance and business advice, Nicole has successfully defended the licenses of dozens of providers against allegations of unprofessional conduct before the Washington State Department of Health. She offers strong defense to physicians ensnared by the Washington Physician Health Program. She has also helped many health care providers and practice groups either reduce or eliminate post-audit repayment demands from insurance companies. She is experienced with helping providers establish, maintain, and defend their credentials with payors. The Li Law Firm includes attorneys with extensive experience in Personal Injury, Employment, Nonprofit, and Intellectual Property law.
The Li Law Firm launched a separate practice group, Northern Lights Legal Services, to assist with the legal and regulatory compliance needs of Washington's cannabis businesses. Northern Lights Legal also advocates for responsible adult use of psychedelics.
