I have been representing clients like you for 20 years. As a litigator, I have successfully obtained settlements and verdicts in many personal injury cases with extensive experience in the courtroom representing the injured party. The two most common types of cases involve motor vehicle accidents and slip/trip and fall cases. If you are injured, you are almost always going to come out of the situation better with the help of an attorney. Attorneys tend to make little decisions over time that have a big cumulative effect.
The skill set from those two types of cases play into boundary line disputes, contract disputes, and other disputes. I will help litigate those disputes. Our office has several attorneys practicing in diverse legal areas that I can turn to when litigation demands that expertise. We are also known for handling URGENT injury matters that call for quick court action.

Helpfull? Not!
John did not take a great interest in what I had to say and would get fixated on 2 issues when there was 10! I would tell you to pass on this one.Unorganized also.
"John is a caring and hardworking attorney who goes above and beyond. He's a great GAL who honestly wants to help the families he is involved with. (I've also been opposite him in a family law case, and I can tell you first hand that he's no pushover in that arena either!)"
"I wholeheartedly endorse this lawyer. A brilliant, trustworthy and highly respected attorney in the legal community."
"John was opposing counsel on a recent family law matter. I felt he acted very professional and represented his client well."
"I have worked with Mr. Groseclose on several occasions and I have found him to be extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and compassionate to his client's needs. Mr. Groseclose is a pleasure to work with and is an outstanding attorney."
"I refer quite a few family law cases to John and every client has been very pleased with him and his office. John is a great member of our legal community."
"I endorse this lawyer. Attorney Groseclose is an outstanding attorney with an exceptional reputation. He is a strong and zealous advocate for his clients and a credit to the legal profession. I highly recommend his legal services."
