My name is Apolonio Vega Garcis, on July 12, 12010 I was arrested and charged with 3 felonies and 1 misdemeanor. I was given a public defender and I professed my innocence but the public defender had neither the time nor inclination to believe or defend me properly. After 5 months I was offered a yea...r and a day in prison as plea from the prosecution, my PD urged me to accept to the offer. It became obvious that I was an innocent man and was going to be sent to prison.
