Clayton Longacre

Clayton and I worked out undisclosed arrangement which was perfectly fine with me in proffesional manner;and he even brought me back my motercycle home yesterday in same mint condition. I was angry, confused, and frusterated not being able to talk to my boyfriend at time due to protective order th...rough court so kept getting mis informed and Claytons not the easiest person to understand on telephone. Theres no hostility from either party;there was some cash and a lesson well learned; NEVER give up my harley again under NO circumstance.Im dropping the ABA claim too.

Longacre breech of contract and holdimg my motercycle as colladeral and he never finished case.

Longacre held my motercycle colladeral plus 400.00 off payment which Im greatful he did but he knew a month before my feonse had no choice but to plead guilty stating he found out night before court that prosecuter said victim wasnt going to purger himself.I called my feonses voicemail thru dept. of ...corrections stating The victim was standing right there when I called and notified Longacre he would have to do another stradegy. They were texting each other on my phone as well. Its a crying shame that I have to listen to his secretary telling me that Longacre was crying night before;nothing compared to the pain and loss of my feonse and hes barred cant even finish case and holding my motercycle still.I consider that breach of contract and I had no say on what lawyer he chose.Im thoroughly disgusted that absalutely nothing was done right up to night before court.

Clients Beware

I retained Mr. Lonacre for my grandaughter, on two felony charges, he is very unprofessional, and has no staff except his girl friend, which he using as a secetary. Does'nt keep you informed of what is happing, shows up to court late, or doesn't bother to show up, we paid his retainer of $5,000 for... each charge plus $3,000, for a grand total of $13,000, he calls only to demand more money. Has done nothing but write a brief which he told my grandaughter , that was another $5,000 , it had missed spelled words, the wrong date and was only two pages, I think he is the worst attorney I have ever had to deal with, he would text my grandaughter and Threaten her (if she didn't give him more money he would not appear in court, or he would with draw as her attorney, which in the end he did, with no refund of any of the money . They did drop one charge, but no thanks to him. We knew that would happen, due to illeagal search. Our experience with him was stressful and degrading. So all I have to say is client beware.

My full recommendation

My name is Apolonio Vega Garcis, on July 12, 12010 I was arrested and charged with 3 felonies and 1 misdemeanor. I was given a public defender and I professed my innocence but the public defender had neither the time nor inclination to believe or defend me properly. After 5 months I was offered a yea...r and a day in prison as plea from the prosecution, my PD urged me to accept to the offer. It became obvious that I was an innocent man and was going to be sent to prison. My family refused to accept that and started to search for a good lawyer to represent me and by word of mouth and extensive searching, Clayton Longacre was found. Clayton came to see me at 8:30 that night, he asked me what happened and listened to me without interruption for half an hour. He said he wished I had called him sooner and that he would ‘take care of me.’ For the first time in 6 months I had hope. Clayton investigated the arrest and interviewed everyone involved including the police, the witnesses, and the accuser. On Feb. 3 we went to jury trial, the prosecution was asking for a sentence of 5 years. Throughout the trial Clayton was able to point out time and time again the facts which proved my innocence. After only 3 hours of deliberation the jury returned with a Not Guilty verdict on all 4 charges. I did not get off by a technicality; Clayton proved that I was innocent. If I were sent to prison at 58 for 5 years I’m sure it would’ve ruined my life forever, Clayton Longacre saved my life. I have spoken with him several times since I got out, he really cares for the people he defends. I owe him a debt which I can’t adequately pay. If you need legal representation you cannot do better than Clayton Longacre. Clayton Longacre has outstanding ethics and is fully recommended.

Very intelligent defense lawyer

Clayton Longacre represented my brother-in-law on 3 felony and 1 misdemeaner charges which included domestic violense.Mr Longacre not only charged a reasonable fee but when it was all said and done the verdict was not guilty on all four counts. He looked at the evidense and believed in his client .He ...pointed out things in court that most lawyers would have missed.Clayton was a little difficult to get a phone call from at times, but when the chips counted he communicated well.Prosecuters do not like going against Clayton , he knows what he is doing.I would definitley use him again.
