Scott Railton is a STAR!

In January 2019, I had an issue at the Pac Hwy border crossing - one of the officers felt that something which occurred 6 years previously at Peach Arch wasn't handled properly, and that it needed to be dealt with again. The result was that I was denied entry to the US and forced to seek a waiver. ... I was recommended to Scott through a lawyer friend in Vancouver, and I am extremely happy with his work on my behalf. He was able to get the attention of someone senior at the border, inform them of the particular facts of my situation, and receive from them an indication that they felt the Jan 2019 issue was not legitimate, all in a relatively short period of time. I know that I got lucky, as the details of my situation helped let Scott achieve such a favourable result that is not often possible, but I also know that I never would have gotten the results I did without his experience and skill in massaging the situation. Thanks again Scott!

USCIS Issue Resolved

Renewing my green card, which has always been a simple task in the past, turned into a fiasco. Through no fault of my own, USCIS gave me misinformation which caused my application to be denied. After much stress and frustration of trying to tackle this on my own, I turned to Scott for assistance. ...From the first contact with his office, I received incredible service. I was under a deadline for time, and Scott was able to see me within a few days. He offered me some options how to proceed, including outside resources to assist me. Scott was great in keeping me updated throughout this process. The end result was that my application was reopened and I received my green card. Even though at first I had reservations about the cost of an attorney, in the end it saved me hundreds of dollars. I can honestly say that I had peace of mind through this situation because of Scott’s expertise.

Naturalization Application

Scott Railton and the staff at Cascadia Law were flawless in handling our naturalization application and the process was successfully completed without a single complication. Equally important was the courteous and thoughtful way we were treated. Their support and advice was invaluable. Should the oc...casion arise we would not hesitate to use their services again.Highly recommended!

Immigration guru!

Scott has done an excellent job helping me with my wife's and step-son's visas. He's very experienced and knowledgeable, stays on top of everything, and always keeps me informed. And he's a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Scott.

My adjustment of status was made a very stress free process. The package that Mr. Railton put together left no room for error or question. I couldn't have asked for a better attorney to represent my wife and I. Thank you Scott!
