Paul Richmond

Paul Richmond was a pleasure to work with and we will certainly work with him in the future. He was very smart, professional, timely, courteous, and really a great guy. Paul worked with us to have a judgement removed from record. We were well into the home buying process when a very old judgement... was discovered by our title company. The title company advised this must be resolved prior to closing, which was about 2 weeks away. We supposedly owed a couple thousand dollars, but it was a bogus judgement and there were a lot of problems with the procedures followed by both the creditor and the courts. Paul quickly worked with the collection agency and the courts to have the judgement vacated with prejudice. Amazingly, this was all done in time and we were able to buy our first home! If he had not helped us, we would have lost the home because there was a cash buyer ready to swoop in. I cannot explain how grateful we were for his services. It was easily the best money we've ever spent. He was accessible throughout, kept us informed, and resolved our issue within our insane time constraints. We love our new home and we would be living elsewhere if not for Paul. I highly recommend his services.

Just after Christmas I received a letter from Mandarich law group concerning a debt that was previous paid over a year ago. As an expert witness Paul Richmond has helped me several different times to collect on unpaid invoices. In most cases simply his letter to a client/attorney who owed me money resulted in full payment very quickly.
