My case involved consumer rights under Consumer Law. It involved an automobile. The car was not suitable for it's intended use and would require extensive repairs beyond it's value to even make it suitable for personal use. Mr. Richmond drafted a letter to the dealership that sold me the vehicle. It was very detailed in the explanation of law's that were likely violated and explanatory of the possible financial impacts the dealership could expect under the law if things proceeded to litigation. Within 3 business day's MR. Richmond received a response from the dealership's attorney offering to settle the issue in our favor. We accepted the offer and the issue was settled in our favor within 5 business day's. All funds that I had expended purchasing and repairing the vehicle were returned 100 %.That is outstanding representation and results.

Paul Richmond was a pleasure to work with and we will certainly work with him in the future. He was very smart, professional, timely, courteous, and really a great guy. Paul worked with us to have a judgement removed from record. We were well into the home buying process when a very old judgement was discovered by our title company. The title company advised this must be resolved prior to closing, which was about 2 weeks away. We supposedly owed a couple thousand dollars, but it was a bogus judgement and there were a lot of problems with the procedures followed by both the creditor and the courts. Paul quickly worked with the collection agency and the courts to have the judgement vacated with prejudice. Amazingly, this was all done in time and we were able to buy our first home! If he had not helped us, we would have lost the home because there was a cash buyer ready to swoop in. I cannot explain how grateful we were for his services. It was easily the best money we've ever spent. He was accessible throughout, kept us informed, and resolved our issue within our insane time constraints. We love our new home and we would be living elsewhere if not for Paul. I highly recommend his services.

Just after Christmas I received a letter from Mandarich law group concerning a debt that was previous paid over a year ago. I am extremely grateful to Richmond for his intercession during my trial after I was in a car accident and received multiple citations that didn't apply including reckless driving that would have been detrimental to both my record and my finances as a young college student. With his help my fines were all revoked and my record is clean because of his knowledge in both the law and local systems.
