Mr. Boos was awarded AILA's 2003 Advocacy Award in recognition ofefforts in the development of immigration policy. The award recognizesMr. Boos as having "a well deserved reputation as one of the fewnational experts on border security and immigration issues" andcommends him for promoting "thoughtful initiatives that will enhanceAmerica's security in ways that will not destroy our commerce oreconomy, or inhibit the efficient and secure flow of people andcommerce at our borders and ports of entry."
