I have hired Dawn on three separate occasions to look over my contracts. What most impresses me about her is her responsiveness and honesty. It is truly hard to find people that do what they say they are going to do, when they say they are going to do it. In addition to that she doesn't give advise t...hat she isn't comfortable standing behind. For example, when I asked her questions that didn't relate to what she specializes in she was happy to direct me to someone else that did. I very much appreciated that she was honest and referred me to someone else rather than giving me an answer that she wasn't confident in. Issues discussed included employment, cross border employment, non-compete documents and legal ramifications of competing with former employers. This was extremely helpful. Her 'bedside manner' was professional and approachable.
