Biography
I have advised cross border businesses for over a decade in relation to trademark matters and cross border business.
I am fully licensed to practice law in both the US and Canada, and I have extensive experience advising businesses on both sides of the border.
My legal experience includes handling corporate reorganizations, trademark registration and enforcement; multi-million dollar commercial transactions, and various business contracts. I also advise businesses on UCC /secured transactions, asset protection, and creditor protection.
In every case I strive to give my clients practical solutions, and not just the legal answers because an answer of "No , you can't do that" just isn't helpful to a business owner.
