Biography
Justin focuses his practice on commercial real estate matters. He formed Pless Law Firm, LLC in 2009, after practicing in the real estate group of a large multi-national law firm.
Justin represents a broad range of clients in commercial real estate transactions, including leasing, purchase and sale transactions, financing, development and land use matters.
Previously, Justin taught an undergraduate level business law course at Front Range Community College in Westminster, Colorado, where he served as an instructor in the business department.
Justin graduated Order of the Coif from the University of Colorado Law School. While in law school, Justin served as a Teaching Fellow in the area of real property law and as a note and comment editor on the Journal on Telecommunications and High Technology Law. He also interned with the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development and with the Honorable Marcia S. Krieger at the United States District Court, District of Colorado.
Prior to attending law school, Justin served as an infantry paratrooper in the United States Army's 82nd Airborne Division, including a peacekeeping deployment to the former Yugoslav republic of Kosovo in 1999-2000.
