Compensation for pup killed by kennel owners' dangerous personal dog

Adam Karp was recommended to me by an out-of-state attorney as the PNW's finest in animal law. The fact that he resides in Bellingham was just a convenient coincidence in my decision to solicit his services. I'm grateful to have had the opportunity to work with someone so highly competent and profess...ional. He was an advocate, and I always felt that he was fighting my fight with the intent of doing good, and not just trudging along for the sake of a paycheck. While he never made unreasonable guarantees and always maintained a realist's attitude toward the circumstances, it was easy to trust him. Honestly, seeing him argue in court and on paper was impressive, and being on the wrong side of him would be a total nightmare. I'm glad I got to work with him. Animal law is a confusing, unfair mess, and losing a best friend under violent circumstances has been absolutely horrifying. My pup got the best representation anyone could have asked for. I couldn't have done it without Mr. Karp.

The Best Animal Lawyer

Adam represented us when our dog was shot by our neighbour. We had no experience with lawyers and had never had something this traumatic happen to us before. He expertly guided us every step of the way and we won our civil lawsuit! He is a man of integrity, intelligence, and compassion. Your best animal advocate!

Adam was key! I found out, after I bought my Seattle condo, that it had breed restrictions. My dearest rescue mix, Jelly Bean, was being evicted. I hired Adam and he wrote a powerful compelling letter to the President and board of my condo complete with anti-breed restriction cases to back him up. T...he board agreed to have a hearing. A month later, because of Adam's letter, the breed restriction bylaws to my condo were completely dropped. Not only that, but the multiple condos that the condo management company manages have also dropped their breed restriction bylaws. Adam allowed me to keep my dog, Jelly Bean, but he systemically and structurally got these onerous bylaws to change throughout a portion of Seattle. He is your animal rights champion.

Excellent and successful experience

Our dog trainer recommended Adam, and we hired him to fight a dog bite appeal (our dog bit a person on our fenced property). As a result, our case was dismissed, and we didn't even have to go to court. Adam was caring and always made me feel confident. I am so grateful for his work.
