Thanks Adam Karp

We were referred to Adam from our business attorney after our family dog of 11 years was hit by an Amazon delivery driver in our driveway. The hit resulted in his lungs collapsing and we had to sadly put him down. It was hard to go through the loss and to recap everything Max meant to us, but it was ...very helpful to have Adam on our side. We felt he advocated for our family when the Amazon representatives were not treating Max like a valued part of our lives for 11 years - through our 3 kids' whole lives. He helped us get a settlement which helped us to have a little bit of closure and our kids to feel like something was done about it, and that it hopefully wouldn't be done again. Thank you

Responsive and Effective

I hired Adam to defend against a dog bite accusation. He was very responsive and efficient. He demonstrated expertise in the related laws, and helped me craft a solid fact-based defense for my case. Adam got favorable settlement terms with the city, and I was able to avoid having to appear in court. ...Hopefully will never have to hire him again, but Adam would be the first to call if I found myself needing an animal lawyer.

Betting on the right horse owner

When I first contacted Adam he was very responsive and straightforward. He wanted to understand my side of the story before deciding if he would accept me as a client. He wanted to be certain he was betting on the right horse owner. I had received a letter from an another attorney demanding money... for their client. It was upsetting and stressful. Once Adam decided to represent me, the stress was diminished. He wrote back to the lawyer siting the law and why I should not pay what they were demanding. Through all the process Adam was very thorough asking me relevant and pointed questions making sure he had the full and complete story. The outcome was better than I expected it could be. I highly recommend Adam P. Karp and would higher him again.

Stop animal abuse.

I could not imagine anyone helping us as much as Adam. He helped keep us advocating for animals and our rights to be there in court. Thank you Adam for quick response.

Jake

I cannot begin to explain the heartache, and at the same time, the guilt that can overtake you when your beloved dog dies at the hands of a trainer. But is especially difficult when you find out 10 weeks later from a necropsy report that your dog died from neglect and abuse. I was given Adams name b...y both the rescue that trusted me with Jakes adoption, and the dog walker who helped me exercise Jake, my German Shepherd, regularly. I was hesitant to contact him because Adam’s office is in Bellingham WA and I live in Tumwater, WA, 122 miles away. But, I contacted Adam anyway. I heard he was the best at animal law in our state. Little did I know that Adam could not only take my case, but he could complete my case without ever seeing me in person. We communicated 100% by text and Email. The whole time I felt I had a sounding board at my fingertips without ever actually talking. It was incredible. Other than for estate matters, I had never hired an attorney before. Adam was amazing. His sensitivity to my fragile emotions was heartwarming to me. I felt he gave me lots of options on how to proceed, and he kept me updated and informed at every turn. He interviewed me by giving me a questionnaire, rather than charging me by the hour to ask those questions in person. That gesture alone, made me realize that Adam cared about my loss, and wanted to help. Additionally, I filled the questionnaire out on my time which saved money, but it also gave me time to provide thoughtful answers to his questions. I feel that Adam Karp gave me his best, and in doing so, gave me some Justice for Jake. I pray I am never in a situation again where I loose an animal at someone else’s hand, but if I do, I hope Adam will be there. I hope to meet him in person some day.
