Seattle Dog Citation

Mr. Karp successfully defended me and my dog against a "menace" and an "at-large" citation in the city of Seattle. He identified weaknesses in the city's case and negotiated a settlement with the prosecutor over e-mail, avoiding the time and expense of a hearing. This avoided a strike on my dog's rec...ord that would have put his Seattle residency at risk. My Karp worked fast and billed for exactly the time he spent on our case. Despite being in Bellingham, I would enthusiastically recommend Mr. Karp for Seattle dog cases.

Great support following a horrible incident

I reached out to Adam following the death of my little dog, who was attacked by a larger dog and ultimately died from her injuries. He was thorough, consistent, and is the main reason I am able to pay the large vet bill incurred as a result of trying to save her. Adam communicates in a timely way a...nd explained every option and activity.

Potentially Dangerous Dog accusation

We hired Adam P Karp to represent us when our dog was accused of being a Potentially Dangerous Dog by the City of Anacortes. Adam did a wonderful job of representing us throughout the legal process and was able to have the case dismissed by the City of Anacortes Municipal Court. He worked efficient...ly and we felt his fees were very reasonable. He effectively negotiated a workable solution with the Anacortes City Attorney. We were fortunate to have found an Attorney with expertise in Animal Law to mange the case for us though a referral from our attorney.

Best Animal Rights Attorney in town!

After experiencing how repeated 'alternative fact' complaints to law enforcement (i.e. Whatcom Animal Control, Whatcom Humane Society) by my neighbor were simply taken at face value, without proof of unlawful behavior, resulting in my three Golden Retrievers being charged as guilty of being 'potenti...ally dangerous' until proven innocent, there exists Adam Karp, Esq.. He is an animal rights attorney who worked effectively to prove the innocence of the canine defendants, while keeping the cost of that defense very reasonable and fair.
