Adam Is The Best In His Field

After our yellow labrador retriever, Charlie, playfully nipped a person, we retained Adam to defend us against an Animal Control charge that Charlie was a "vicious dog." A "vicious dog" classification would have subjected us to possible future serious consequences. We sought Adam out because we kn...ew of his reputation as an expert in Animal Law. Adam initially put us at ease by asking intelligent questions, calmly explaining the process, and realistically setting expectations of possible outcomes. Throughout the process, Adam was diligent, efficient, knowledgeable, and relied on the good rapport he has previously earned in his prior cases with opposing counsel. In the end, he handled negotiations adeptly and got us to an excellent resolution that we could all live with. If you should ever need an attorney to handle any matter involving animals, Adam is the best in the field and you'd be wise to retain him.

Oustanding Advocacy

I've worked with Adam on two occasions. Many years ago, he represented my adolescent puppy, who was cited as a malicious dog after he door dashed and barked at someone in front of our house - just barked, didn't bite and no one was injured. The charge far exceeded the behavior and Adam fought tirele...ssly to make it right, so my puppy could grow into a mature and well-balanced dog, which he did. More recently, Adam represented me, personally, after I was severely injured in an attack by an off-leash dog, pursuing my dog who was leashed and minding his own business at my side. It was a horrendous injury, and Adam represented me with the same energy and professional excellence as he gave my dog all those years ago. The financial, physical, and emotional costs of my recent injury were insurmountable. Adam took the burden off of me, reviewed and summarized all of my medical records (500 pages worth!), and negotiated a settlement with the dog owner's insurance company. I absolutely couldn't have done it without Adam. He's professional, he's kind, he will fight when needed yet knows when to back off. Lastly, he's a huge animal lover and advocate which is extremely important to me.

Satisfied client

As an attorney who hired another attorney to handle the loss of a dear pet, I have no qualms about recommending Adam to anyone who faces the same situation. I could have done this myself, but instead, I decided to hire Adam because of his reputation and expertise on this type of cases. I am glad I d...id, not just because of the result, but because now the owners of the vicious dogs who killed my cat now know, or at least I hope that they do now know, that pet ownership comes with obligations, or they have to face the consequences. Way to go Adam!

Great work from Adam

Adam helped us navigate the legal process and managed to reduce our penalty fee in half. He stayed on top of the problem for a year. And it was all done while the pandemic was going on.
