Great Attorney!!

I hired Julie on two occasions to help me with a difficult divorce and subsequent child custody battle. In both cases Julie has been a strong advocate by becoming very knowledgeable about my unique circumstances and fighting to protect my interest. She went out of her way to make sure my concerns we...re met, and made my priorities her own. My divorce was expensive and my ex did her best to increase costs. Julie was aware of my exes antics, and only engaged in legal conversations when necessary, as well as advised me on potential was to minimize time and expenses. Julie is a competent, knowledgeable and proficient lawyer who I was fortunate to have fighting for me. If you’re looking for a good attorney to help with a divorce…Julie deserves your attention.

Top tier professional

Julie is currently managing my out of state child custody case. Her professional acumen, skill, knowledge, and compassion is resolving a high conflict, complex case. I did not choose Julie at random. She was at the top of the list from three other attorneys that I consulted. Julie is intelligent and ...savvy. However, I appreciate her heart, thoughtfulness, and compassion that she has shown to my children. There have been instances where she could have applied more force than finesse which would have had negative impacts had she applied it at the wrong time.

Great Family Law Attorney: Julie Caputo

I engaged Julie to handle my out of state relocation custody case. It was an emotional, roller coaster of a case and Julie handled both the emotional part (me!), as well as the complex legality surrounding such a case with such professionalism, but yet with a "human" touch. Julie did a great job... in easing my anxiety while making sure she told me the pros/cons of each step in the process. I always felt like she was telling me the truth even when it was difficult to hear, but followed up with "now here are my recommendations on what to do....." I cannot recommend Julie enough if you are in need of a strong domestic/family law attorney. Her deep legal knowledge, timely responsiveness, and engaging demeanor are rarity in the world of domestic law from my experience.

Professional and Extremely Effective Family Law Practitioner

I hired Julie to represent me and protect my parental rights during an extremely difficult time. For several months, my 6 year old son's mother preventing me from having any contact with my boy, and then kicked me in the ribs yet again when she petitioned the state to revoke my parental rights so s...he could set up her new boyfriend-du-jour as my son's 'Daddy'. Julie was extremely well regarded by the Family Law community she previously practiced with in Colorado, and she not only helped me understand the process and guided me through the family law maze, she also advocated for me and my paternal rights while keeping me well informed through the entire process. Her eloquence and formidable inside-and-out knowledge of family law statutes repeatedly left me awestruck. After several months waiting for court dates and the other party, we succeeded in not only protecting my parental rights, but also drafted a fair but enforceable parenting time plan that protects my son and I's relationship against any future 'gatekeeping' his mother might attempt. Hiring Julie was one of the best investments I've ever made, and I thank her for every opportunity I've had to share with my son since we won our case. For every summer hiking trip, museum exploration, dinner-and-a-movie night, and every dinosaur book; thank you Julie!

Child Custody, Support, and Adoption

I hired Julie in December of 2009 to help with issues related to my child custody. Julie was able to help to rectify / diffuse issues, establish fair child support, and improve on parenting plan issues. As a father, I appreciate all of her help in dealing with divorce/ parenting issues that I never... would have dreamed would have occurred. There are two sides to a story, and having someone that listens and advocates not only for you, but what is right and just, is important. Julie interfaced with my ex-wife’s lawyers who, in some cases, took the low road. I am glad that I continue to have exceptional legal support when I need it, as divorce does not necessarily end with the signing of a few court papers. I also was able to use Julie’s services for happy occasions which included an adoption finalization and Quick Deed trust. I highly recommend Julie to anyone as she is an excellent lawyer with high moral standards.
