Philip Saint John Wakefield

I was looking at the maximum conviction DUI charge. My bail was set high and I had some serious prior charges. Mr. Wakefield told me I was considered a “Big Fish”. I hated to hear that. That was a long time ago and I’m not that person anymore. I didn’t like Phil Wakefield but I hired him. I... told him there’s something wrong with this case and there’s something to find. Arresting officer said one thing but wrote down another. Mr. Wakefield, Mr Lawrence and Miss Logutina went to work. Yuliya kept me informed but I was a mess. I didn’t want to deal with all of this again! The pain continued for months. Unhealthy stress. Until that day I received a phone call from Phil saying there’s been some findings and your case is DISMISSED!! Unbelievable….. I love them all and will pay them!!

In my opinion I felt like I was worked more than my case. The excitement of having a lawyer I saw on TV my whole life is definitely gone. I felt there was really poor communication. Two quick examples. Court date through zoom. I don't see my lawyer. Some other lawyer seems to be talking about me so I... spoke up and found that this stranger was my representation. Second was an interview with a private investigator then told days later that I had to pay for it on top of what I already paid. I am sure there are better lawyers out there. I have never had someone talk down to me so much that I hired.
