I hired Paul and he got the job done. The incident happened in May of 2022 in Skagit County. It involved a blood sample. They strung me along for nearly 2 years and let me think nothing was going to happen only to charge me in March of 2024 right before the statute of limitations ran out. I thoug...ht the prosecutor would give me a pretty good deal due to the fact I had never been in trouble, hadn’t had a ticket in nearly 30 years, had to wait almost 2 years to be charged, and hadn’t been in any trouble since the incident. Instead they wanted 3 days in jail, a 90 day license suspension followed by a year of an ignition interlock, an SR22 requirement for two years, and a massive fine. When Paul got the information on the blood sample it took him about 30 seconds to find 3 errors they made making it inadmissible. I then told him they were going to have to come up with a pretty good offer or I was going to demand a jury trial. Paul got it down to a Neg.1 (simple misdemeanor), a Zoom Alcohol Class, a $675 fine, and 2 years of inactive probation (not including the 2+ years I had already gone without being in trouble). To anyone facing something like this don’t think they’re going to give you any credit for your previous good behavior or for the fact they made you wait so long to be charged. Hire Paul.
