I have always wanted to serve my community. I started my career in the Navy defending our country. After I was honorably discharged, I became a police officer, where I was criticized by my peers for "thinking too much" about people's rights. I then went to law school to have a greater impact on my community. After law school, I became a prosecutor. Knowledge from the prosecution is invaluable to me in defending my clients. I knew my calling was defending the accused. I bring my experience as a police officer and prosecutor to benefit my clients. In 2017, my solo practice was acquired by the Sullivan Law Group, where I have been able to continue aggressively defending clients against criminal prosecution. I have had success getting cases dismissed or reduced to lower charges on many occasions. I am proud to join a team that is so passionate about fighting for people's rights.

Professional lawyer, solid work ethic, who cares.
Paul Grass is knowledgeable in his field. He took my case very seriously, and he took my case with only a few days notice. He is professional, but friendly and makes you feel comfortable during an uncomfortable time. I would recommend him to anyone in a pinch in need of a solid lawyer who cares.
"Paul is an zealous advocate for his clients. He brings his experience as a former police officers and prosecutor when he fights for his clients. This gives him the inside track when developing strategies to get clients results. Paul also is a great communicator with his clients and is able to work with clients who speak a variety of languages."
"I endorse this lawyer. Paul is a smart lawyer who works hard for his clients and gets great results."
"Paul is intelligent, articulate, and excellent at communicating issues and potential outcomes with clients and other attorneys. Paul has a unique background in law enforcement prior to being a defense attorney that sets him apart from other attorneys. Paul also has experience handling trusts/estates and wills. I highly recommend Paul."
"Paul is a great advocate for his clients. He is hard-working and will fight until he gets the best possible result. Paul is very knowledgeable and I highly recommend him. Any client would do well to have Paul as their attorney."
