also known as Brad Fulton
I was elected by my peers as President of the Washington State Association for Justice (WSAJ), a 2,300 member plaintiff's lawyer association, for 2009-2010, after serving on the WSTLA/WSAJ Board for 15 years. As a WSAJ Board Member, I have served as chair of Legislative Affairs, Membership, Continuing Legal Education (CLE) and on the Finance and Executive Committees of the Association. I was also very involved in WSTLA/WSAJ's efforts to defeat both I-330 and R-67, via which big medicine/the insurance industry attempted to take away the rights of injured patients, individuals and families when they are injured by the wrongful or negligent acts of others. I have been assisting injured people and their families now for more than 20 years. I have successfully handled cases of all sizes and many kinds, including automobile/semi-truck/motorcycle accident, wrongful death, product liability, brain injury, spinal injury, legal and medical malpractice, insurance coverage and bad faith and drug liability claims, but emphasize the handling of larger injury cases. I have regularly been recognized as first, a "Rising Star", and then a "Super Lawyer" by my peers, and, thrice, among the Top 40 personal injury lawyers in the State. I served as primary editor/6 chapter author of the WSTLA Automobile Accident Litigation Deskbook, a two-volumn deskbook sold to lawyers state-wide which covers the handling of auto cases from start to finish, and also served as co-editor of the WSTLA Pleadings and Motions CD-Rom Handbook in 2004. In my spare time I enjoy golfing, softball/baseball, fantasy football, hunting and family activities. I live in North Seattle and handle cases from Tacoma up to Canada.

"I endorse this lawyer. I have known Mr. Fulton for many years. He is exceptionally skilled and is highly respected by his peers. I would hire him for an injured family of mine if the need ever arose."
"Mr. Fulton is commited to his clients and providing them with the highest degree of legal representation. He is commited to bringing justice to his clients. I highly endorse him."
"In the past, when I was doing defense work, I had multiple cases against Brad. I have also used him as an arbitrator on numerous cases. Simply put, he is a great attorney and an extremely fair trier of fact. I endorse him without reservation."
"My office has worked with Brad on multiple occasions. He is a very strong advocate for his clients. Brad's knowledge of the medical field is so vast. As a young attorney, I look up to attorneys like Brad. I would recommend his services to any potential client."
"I have known Brad for several years and I have named him as an arbitrator on numerous cases on behalf of my clients. Brad has demonstrated significant skills in many areas of personal injury practice, including the ability to be a fair arbitrator and be persuasive with his peers."
"I have served with Mr. Fulton on the WSTLA Board of Governors. Brad is an exceptional attorney, hardworking and caring individual. I strongly endorse his work. You couldn't hire a better lawyer."
"I highly endorse this lawyer's work. He never gives up for his clients. Brad is respected by both insurance and plaintiffs attorneys. He is consisently rated a Super Lawyer in Publications because he does top notch work. His staff is also fantastic. Brad wrote the Auto Accident Litigation Deskbook that I use on an almost daily basis. You are in competant hands if Mr. Fulton is your attorney and you will receive the best results possible. "
"I endorse this lawyer's work, because it's hard not to. Brad is a leader amoungst plaintiff's trial attorneys in the Puget Sound and is one of the best in the state. He has so many accomplishments I suspect most are unrecognized, despite their merit to be heralded. His work with his clients, his fellow attorneys, and the legislature demonstrates why he will always be one of the best lawyers in Washington."
