David Henry Gehrke

I was really impressed when I called David Gehrke's offices on the holidays and they had an attorney call me from his cell phone. David Gehrke gave us a consultation that was professional, genuine, and made me feel like he really felt that he had my best interest at heart. He is well spoken, straight... forward, and a nice guy. I have worked with other attorneys in the past, but the service I was given from David and his team was by far the best experience I have had so far.

David was recommended to me through a bail bonds company after I was charged with a felony, and in speaking with me he made it clear to me if he was going to help me, I had to be willing to help myself as well. So I agreed and David pursued and won a fantastic deal for me on my charges, which were a...ll bundled up, as I had outstanding cases in 3 courts. I have since served the time (minimal!), won a settlement which he fought for me and won, and when it came down to payment, David was EXTREMELY fair. He is respected in the court, which makes a HUGE difference in your defense.

i had a felony charge that involved 3 other people, everyone else's lawyer told them to take to felony that there was no way to get a better deal. Dave was sure that he could help me. All of my friends time and time again would tell me that its a lost cause that i cant get a better deal. 3 days befor...e my final court date, Dave calls me and tells me, " this friday you got 2 options. You can either plead guilty to the felony, or you can plead guilty to the misdemeanor.." i was like WHAT???? in short, Dave can work nothing short of miricals, using his extensive knowledge and connections. I highly recommend this great guy, i don't have anything bad to say about him. In fact, he charged me only a fraction of what my co defendent paid for his felony!!
