I am an award-winning, nationally recognized immigration attorney and founding partner of Alexandra Lozano Immigration Law, PLLC. My goal is to keep families together and help immigrants remain in the United States. I work in immigration court to help defend my clients from deportation (now called "removal"), including complex deportation cases such as when a client has been convicted of a crime. I also prepare waivers, family-based petitions, Adjustment of Status, Consular Processing, Asylum, and visas for victims of crimes (such as the U Visa). I have won many cases before the immigration court, Board of Immigration Appeals, and I have done Oral Arguments before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
I host a weekly interactive Facebook Live show called Mi Abogada Dice™ on our firm's Facebook page.
Immigration is my life. My family is a family of immigrants. My son is first generation American. My grandparents were from Italy and the Czech Republic. My grandmother received asylum in the United States.
I am fluent in Spanish. My entire practice and life is dedicated to the rights of Latinos in the United States and the advancement of the Latino community through the use of the US immigration system. I previously held a prestigious internship at the Seattle Immigration Court (EOIR).
I am also the Founder & CEO of AMIGA Lawyers, the Association of Mother Immigration Attorneys.
