poor performance at all levels
Honeywell, provided minimal interaction, complained that I wrote him while locked up in yakima county jail. I don't feel he invested the 5% of himself I espect from a public defender. He failed to be an advocate in my case, he told me maybe its better I am in jail, he made inapropriate comments about...
