I have been working on 27 product liability cases involving people who have suffered injuries as a result of long-term use of Reglan® (generically metoclopramide) prescribed by their doctors, often without informed consent.

During the last three years I have been working on 27 product liability cases that include a failure to warn doctors and patients of risks of long-term use of Reglan® (generically metoclopramide)I work with people who have suffered injuries as a result of the long-term use of metoclopramide.

I am involved litigation of claims involving injuries resulting to people who have used a prescription medication, Reglan® (generically metoclopramide. Several cases have achieved partial settlements in 6 figures.

My criminal practice experience was initially as a prosecutor, but for the last 25 years as a defense counsel. I advise clients that certainty of settling a case has value, but I have tried cases to jury verdict.
