My practice regularly includes counseling, mediation, and litigation with regard to a wide range of employment issues, including discrimination, harassment, accommodations, leaves of absence, wage/hour compliance, employee handbooks, and drafting and enforcement of employment agreements. I also advise and represent businesses regarding employment of military service-members and employer obligations under USERRA and state law. At all stages, I strive to identify practical solutions to meet clients' business needs.
