A cop gave me a ticket which I believe was wrong and didn’t wanted to argue. I come across with OTR. I talked to them and I lawyer, Jacques said I could handle the case. After a while my case got dismissed and he notified me. He saved me from the ticket being in my record to trouble of going to the c...ourt. I got a speeding ticket (19 over 25 limit) and Jacques took care of everything. He is a fast communicator and clear explainer. I've never been more happy about a service, especially when this could have gotten on my driving record and cost me hundreds of dollars in insurance premiums. I sent him a pi...cture of the speeding ticket, he submitted all the paperwork to the court to contest, and he went to the hearing to get it dismissed. I stayed home and continued my life.

I was on vacation during my court date. I came home to my license being suspended due to an FTA. Jacques fail to show up or even inquire about the court date. When he finally contacted the court, he got me the same deal anyone off the street could get. In fact, the same deal is mentioned on their web...site. Total bill would have been $575.00 plus 6 hours of traffic school. I've used Jeanie Mucklestone in the past. Really wish I would have used her again. All this time and money wasted.
