A graduate of Boston College Law School, where he earned his Juris Doctor summa cum laude (top 5%), Jason completed his undergraduate education at the University of Oregon Honors College as a quadruple major in marketing, finance, management, and history. He began his legal career as a Deputy District Attorney in Lane County, Oregon, trying his first criminal case in 1996.
