A lawyer from "The Top Drawer"

Mark was patient, thoughtful, and totally professional in resolving a satisfactory and fair end to my divorce. He has an extensive experience in this field and couples it with good common sense as well. This extended into the way he charged for his service, completely fair!!!

Parenting Plans

Mark Schoener helped my husband 5 years ago with a parenting plan between him and his daughter's Mother. Parenting plans are no fun because both sides do a lot of disagreeing. Mark is quick to let you know when to keep going and when to stop because the other side just won't give in. This year the... PP had to be modified, but we weren't worried because we knew Mark would work hard to do what was best for us. His paralegal, Kate, is a gem and so professional. If you are heading towards a not so nice custody battle Mark is the guy to turn to. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy he is compassionate. Mark really cares about you and the outcome which is why he does everything he can to make things as smooth as possible. I think the best part about Mark and his staff is that they really want you to understand and go to great lengths to explain in layman terms so you are comfortable with decisions being made. Thank you, Mark for everything you have done to ease the stress in all our lives and thank you for caring. Mark Schoener is the BEST!!!

Excellent counselor

Mark Schoener has worked with me on several personal matters, including a divorce and other personal legal issues. He is extremely knowledgeable on a variety of fronts and has always been forthright in his advise, even when I didn't like the answers. Highly recommended!

Mark Schoener - Personal Injury Case Review

Mark represented me on a personal injury case resulting from an auto accident. My car was totaled and I had physical injuries due to the accident. Mark's advise was excellent and he negotiated a significantly large sum of money from the insurance company, far more than they originally tried to pay ...out. Mark's office staff, Kate and Cindy were also very helpful and professional. I was able to turn the entire incident over to Mark and his staff and not worry about the outcome. Mark provided excellent representation and working with Mark and his staff was a pleasure.
