It doesn't matter how good your attorney is. Without the necessary documentation, your case will be weak. • Be organized. News to me, there's a lot that goes into getting divorced. This is especially true if the other party plays "nasty" and you need prove your side to complete strangers who will influence your outcome more than you ever realized (judges, commissioners, evaluators and so on). • Trust. Know what you're willing to put up with and what you're willing to let go of. Veronica kept focused on what I communicated during our initial meeting and, while it didn't seem to make sense when we were in the midst of the battle, once we got to mediation, everything came together and we were able to complete the case before going through a costly and emotional taxing trial.

There are not enough positive words to describe what an incredible job Veronica did handling my case. I am a client of veronica's and have to say, hiring her was a very good decision. Originally I was very skeptical of getting a lawyer and tried to work out our custody child plan without getting the courts involved. My ex was not being very cooperative and contacted the police for a verbal argument... we had previously. I then realize that I needed a lawyer and perhaps two, one to deal with my child custody and another to deal with the criminal matter (if needed). I knew that the main priority would be to handle the child custody matter first. I contacted a few family lawyers and went to one for a consultation. I told her my story (including a possible criminal case) and she referred me to Veronica because of her experience with the family and criminal court system. After meeting Veronica, I was relieved that she can handle both of my matters and was very impressed with her knowledge and attitude towards my situation that I had.
