Carolyn Louise Pinkett

Carolyn Pinkett was the presiding ALJ at our DSHS hearings. We (my family) disagreed with the decisions that the dept. made in our case. At first she was objective but in the later hearings she made biased comments against us which let us know that we were going to lose the case. She was very ...nervous in the later hearings, and acted as though someone had placed a gun to her back. It is our belief that at some point she was spoken to by the administrators of our local DSHS office, and told that she was to vote against us no matter what, which she did. It is because of how easily manipulated she was by the opposing party, that I must give her such a bad rating. She is untrustworthy for the fact that her ethical standards can be easily compromised.
