Melissa Westberg was fantastic! Melissa was great for a multitude of reasons, but allow me to list just a few... 1. She fought for me! There were times in my case that things were challenging and Melissa had to go out of her way to research, talk to doctors, and handle my insurance. In these s...cenarios she took care of EVERYTHING. After hiring Melissa, I didn't talk to the insurance companies one time!! This was a huge help as I was in a challenging place to handle those calls and would've really struggled without her. 2. She showed extreme compassion! I had a head injury after a car accident and Melissa was so kind, so compassionate, and so reassuring throughout the entire experience. She took away the stress and made me feel as though I could just physically heal while she dealt with everything else. 3. The money at the end was great! If I had not hired Melissa I am not sure I would've received one penny, because of her I do feel like I was well compensated for the head injury. 4. She was so patient!
