I am one of the partners of Bauer Moynihan & Johnson LLP, which I joined in 1988 after graduating from Seattle University School of Law. Prior to practicing law, I worked for several years as a civil engineer with the Peace Corps. I am admitted to practice in numerous state and federal courts, including the United States Supreme Court. My practice principally involves maritime-related litigation, including marine insurance coverage and defense, commercial disputes, and employment claims.
