I would NOT ever use this attorney again, or recommend him to anyone! He has no people skills, so the customer service was poor due to poor commuication. Replied last December 14, 2015We don’t believe this person is or was a client of Davis Law Group. This review contains complaints of alleged conduct by Mr. Davis that would never have been committed by Mr. Davis or his staff. In over 22 years of practice there have never been any complaints of poor communication or misconduct. And neither Mr. Davis nor any of his staff would ever use an unprofessional phrase such as “show me the money” with a client, adjuster or opposing counsel. Although there are three current or former clients of Davis Law Group named ‘Michelle,’ all of them have reported being extremely satisfied with the level of service performed by Mr. Davis and his staff, as well as the results obtained. One even had their case featured on CNN. At Davis Law Group we stress the importance of exceptional and individualized service for our all of our clients in every case. Our firm also spends a great deal of time making sure that our clients truly understand the legal process and have realistic expectations---the legal system is very different from the way it is often depicted in law dramas on TV and the movies. In order to make sure our clients understand the legal process and that my staff is living up to the high standards that we have set, we frequently ask our clients for feedback throughout the lifecycle of their case.
