The best representation you need

Medical complaints are a fact of life for any doctor and the only thing you can do is to make sure you are doing your best for your patients, following guidelines, and documenting everything. But more important is to have good and competent representation to show all the work you have done, otherwise... nothing you do matters. Matt is the lawyer you need when these events happen. He evaluates the situation and pays attention to the information that you provide then comes up with a plan of action. Matt represented me on two separate occasions and he did a professional and amazing job leading to a positive outcome.

Professional Legal Services

Our attorney, Matthew McCauley, did an amazing job for us and the overall outcome of our case was better than expected. We were in need of legal counsel for an out-of-state visitation rights and parenting plan dispute, and Matthew and the firm provided sound legal advice and representation that was r...esolution based; ultimately leading to a successful and less costly outcome. Our concerns and wishes were addressed each step of the way and at no time did we feel pressured or abandoned throughout the case. We appreciate Matthew's warm demeanor and professional advice, and we highly recommend his legal expertise and service.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
