Dylan is one of the top medical malpractice attorneys in the state. He has successfully handled a wide variety of complex cases, including cases arising from surgical complications, radiological imaging interpretations, delayed diagnoses, and birth injuries. Prior to joining Swanson Gardner Meyers in 2019, Dylan was a senior partner at a prominent defense firm, and he represented many of the Seattle-area hospitals. Since switching sides, Dylan has helped his clients recover over $40 million dollars in compensation.
Washington Super Lawyers has repeatedly selected Dylan as a Rising Star (a distinction limited to the top 2.5% of attorneys in each state) for his success in the field of medical malpractice. The National Trial Lawyers Association repeatedly honors Dylan with their “40 Under 40” recognition, given to select attorneys under the age of 40 who have exhibited exceptional ability. He is also an Eagle member of the Washington State Association for Justice.
Dylan graduated magna cum laude from Western Washington University and earned his Juris Doctor from Willamette University. He is a member of the Washington State and King County Bar Associations, and he is admitted to practice in the Western District of Washington. Dylan also serves as vice President on the Board of Trustees at the Seattle Jewish Community School.
