Amy cares and wants the best for you!

When I first met Amy I was scared and nervous about my situation. She made me feel confident about what we could do to get justice for my case. If you’re looking for someone who knows the law, but also cares about you as a human, hire Amy. She is amazing!!

Disability Discrimination Suit

Amy is a wonderful blend of technical legal expertise and genuine, heartfelt advocacy. She educated me about my options in a way that I could make truly informed decisions. Amy was very willing to consider my thoughts, concerns, and emotions along the way. She never made me feel perplexed by legal...-ease, she's adept at distilling concepts that any lay-person can easily understand.

Knows her stuff!

Amy was recommended to me by an attorney who usually practices employment law from the employer's perspective (the opposite side of the table from Amy!), so I gave the recommendation a great deal of credence. When I met with Amy, she was extremely knowledgeable about the legal issues I needed advice ...about and was able to propose an appropriate course of action. She followed through in a timely manner and achieved what I'd asked for.

Excellent attorney! Hard working, professional , compassionate.

During our first meeting she clearly explained what the process would be and the amount of time required to reach a resolution. Because I was still employed by the company, I often needed immediate advice as issues developed. Amy was always available and provided excellent advice. She is extremel...y knowledgeable in the areas of age and gender discrimination. She is professional and compassionate. I can't imagine going through the past two years without her on my side.

Outstanding Representation & Litigation Skills

Amy Maloney thoroughly researched, prepared and executed her case on my behalf against a former employer. She was very professional, knowledgeable, informative and determined to prevail with her detailed and well prepared prosecution. I highly recommend her for council in any action focused toward co...rrecting corporate injustice.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
