Biography
Randy has an extensive background in real estate law and sales, and has advised literally thousands of buyers and sellers in real estate transactions over the course his career.
Randy graduated cum laude from the Seattle University School of Law in the class of 2000, and became a member of the Washington State Bar Association that same year. Randy has been certified by the Washington State Department of Licensing as real estate Broker and has served in that capacity for several real estate firms including the Windermere Real Estate Company. He is also certified as a continuing education Instructor for real estate licensees, and as a Designated Escrow Officer by the Washington State Department of Financial Institutions.
Randy's unique pairing of real estate law and sales experience allows him to provide his clients with a level of service, expertise and representation far beyond what most buyers or sellers would receive in a traditional real estate transaction.

Very knowledgeable
Randy helped me with a FSBO real estate sale to a contractor. He saved me from a couple of predatory buyers and helped me land with the right buyer. He was very knowledgeable about the process, particularly in the details of the contracts. I could not have had a successful sale without his help.

Difficult, but successful, short sale
Randy did a great job getting a difficult short sale completed and settled with no out of pocket expense. There were many times when I didn't think there would be a positive outcome, but Randy persevered to attain a positive outcome for all involved.
