Jeff called me and left me voice mail, he wanted to send me demand letter. It was a joke, as if he was trying bully using his “attorney” title and letter was written very unprofessionally. After having conversation with him - he wrote on the letter which he sent to me later- that I was being “hostile... and threthening” when nothing of that nature happened. So I am taking my witnesses and filling a complaint to bar association so he can learn not to lie and not falsify statement against anyone. Not recommend as a attorney.

In 2014 i began a terrible divorce proceeding with my exwife. i figured i would keep my business local, so i tried out Jeffrey Mirsepasy as a representative. He told me about his 2500 dollar retainer and of his rates. I agreed to have him as a representative, and told him that i need warning when app...roaching exhaustion of the retainer coverage. He agreed and his work commenced. Mirsepasy met me at my first court date in Kent, and negotiated with my exwife's lawyer whose name was Lucky (coincidentally). Mirsepasy, in total, spent 2-3 hours in the courthouse (most of that time we waited) after a very lackluster performance in court and on parenting plan negotiations, i dissolved his representation. I asked Mirsepasy for my paperwork and all files that i had given him when he began my case. He agreed. I met him at his office after my work day, and he had my files all together for me, but had a agreement that i must sign. This agreement stated that the reainer was exhausted and i owed him around 5000 dollars. I reminded mirsepasy of our agreement of notification before exhausting retainer. He denies ever agreeing to such things. This is when i shake my head in disgust. So, being in the position i was, i signed the agreement, because i NEEDED my documents. I reccomend seeing any other lawyer before Mr. Mirsepasy. Never again will i have a verbal agreement with a lawyer, and beleive they are going to stick with it. Fast forward a couple years later. Now i am receiving subpeona's for this money that he says i owe him. I have nothing good to say about Jeffrey. I hope he does not treat his clients like he treated me, thats all. I regret stepping foot in his office.
